Day One is a Calgary Threesome Metal Band That Hits really fucking hard ! Not for the faint of heart would be "Revenge" A Throaty Ode to speed metal with a sick dark feel and some great Guitar transitions! .. Very dark very heavy! Best to Mosh to if you have plans to go to the hospital some time soon.. I'm Currently not sure what they have been up to since 2012 but I'm sure they will be back to slay once again ..
